Returns/Exchanges

We always recommend that if you have a question regarding the sizing, fit or fabric, to feel free to contact us via email or phone prior to placing your order.

 

However ultimately, we want your shopping trip with us to be amazing. We realize that sometimes the item you purchase from us may not be as perfect as you had hoped. We are happy to accept returns and below is a summary of our policies and instructions.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days of our shipment to you.

  • You may request a refund, exchange or store credit.

  • If the item was defective, EmilyAnna will pay return shipping costs. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for all other types of returns/exchanges. 

  • Except for defective items, the amount refunded/credited includes only the original purchase price of the products and does not include original shipping charges. 

  • Items returned must be in their original, new condition. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains or smell of smoke or perfume, the return will not be accepted.

  • NON-RETURNABLE items include earrings and anything marked as Clearance/Final Sale.

Return/Exchange Instructions

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the “Contact Us” form on this website or by emailing us at emilyannaboutique@gmail.com. We generally respond within one business day.

  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number which will be issued once your request is approved.

  • Upon receipt of your return, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed/issued per the policies above. You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds are provided to the original form of payment and may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement depending on your bank.

  • We recommend obtaining/recording tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
